What to Expect from Collaborating Together

My objective is to deliver copywriting and marketing services that meet your needs, preferences, and standards. You can anticipate my dedication to the tasks we’ve agreed upon and to nurturing our professional relationship. I will adhere to the specified schedule outlined in our service agreement and strive to respond promptly within 48 hours, although typically, my responses will be swift. I will promptly inform you of any instances where I am unavailable at my desk.

Committed to avoiding aggressive sales tactics, I prioritise upholding ethical work practices consistently. Client Responsibilities

Information and Access: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and access to accounts required for Jasmine Pettey to perform the agreed services.
Content Approval: Clients must review and approve all content before it is published unless they have opted for a full trust and handover option in their service agreement. Not approving content promptly may cause delays.
Compliance: Clients must ensure that any content provided to Jasmine Pettey complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Payment Terms

Fees: Clients agree to pay the fees specified in the service agreement or invoice. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to additional fees and interest charges, as specified in the service agreement.
Refunds: Refund policies will be detailed in the service agreement. Generally, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: Clients retain ownership of their original content and any materials provided to Jasmine Pettey. Jasmine Pettey retains ownership of any original content created by Jasmine Pettey until payment is received in full.
License: Upon full payment, Jasmine Pettey grants clients a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered content for their intended purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the engagement private and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to any terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for paying for any services rendered up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

Please note that while Jasmine Pettey strives to provide the best experience possible, Jasmine Pettey cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our services. Our liability is also limited to the total amount paid for the specific services provided.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are created with your best interests in mind and will be governed by applicable law. Should any disagreements arise, we are committed to resolving them through the appropriate legal channels, ensuring fairness and clarity for all parties involved. Thank you for trusting us.
